We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a special-shaped gasket measuring 80mm x 81mm from the joint sheet "TOMBO No.1993" (thickness 1mm) based on the CAD data provided by the customer. The processing involved creating two holes with a diameter of 21mm. Using our water jet cutting machine, we precisely cut the material with a high-pressure water stream. Utilizing the property of the viscous material to fill in unevenness during tightening, it is adopted as a leak prevention measure for flanges in hydraulic equipment and industrial machinery. ■Product Features The three-sheet packing is a special sheet-like gasket developed by leveraging the advantages of traditional solid sheet gaskets and liquid gaskets.
